Growth Energy Welcomes EPA Rejection of ‘Gap-Year’ Exemptions

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Growth Energy today welcomed the Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) decision to reject so-called ‘gap-year’ exemptions from the nation’s biofuel laws.
