WASHINGTON, D.C. — Following the opinion of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit rejecting multiple challenges to EPA’s allowance of E15 in Grocery Manufacturers Association v. EPA, Tom Buis, CEO of Growth Energy, issued the following statement:
