Growth Energy Partners with Musser’s Full Service Station to Convert Flex Fuel Pump in Nashville,

WASHINGTON, DC – Growth Energy, the leading voice for U.S. ethanol supporters, has teamed up with Carbon Green BioEnergy, LLC, (a Michigan Ethanol Producer) and Musser’s Full Service Station to convert an existing gasoline pump into a Flex Fuel pump in Nashville, Mich. The pump is located at 106 S. Main Street in Nashville, Mich.

“Expanding ethanol infrastructure provides consumers with greater access to ethanol and strengthens our energy security. Growth Energy is pleased to have been able to assist Musser’s Full Service Station in their efforts and we know Nashville residents will appreciate their newfound choice at the pump,” said Growth Energy CEO Tom Buis.

The converted flex fuel pump opened April 18, 2011, and offers consumers the choice of E-30 and E-85. Musser’s Full Service Station is a full service station and repair shop, and will be open Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm. The filling station also pumps Diesel and E10.

“I’m excited to offer my customers a choice at the pump and educate them on ethanol products,” said Rusty Musser, owner of Mussers Full Service Station. “Many of my customers prefer to determine their own blend of ethanol, and this pump gives them that flexibility. Musser’s Full Service Station has served the residents of Nashville for nearly 30 years, and we always strive to stay current with innovations in the energy industry.”
