Iowa Ethanol Producers Show Support for Growth Energy Fueling Freedom Plan

EMMETSBURG, Iowa – Today, The Iowa Ethanol Producers Association (IEWA) endorsed the Growth Energy plan calling for a phase out of the current ethanol tax credit and the use of federal resources for the installation of blender pumps at service stations and convenience stores.

“It’s the right policy at the right time,” said IEPA President Daron Wilson, manager of the POET Biorefining facility in Emmetsburg, Iowa.
