Scott Pitstick

Scott Pitstick has been an Ethanol Trader in Cargill’s Minnesota office since 2020. He began his career at Cargill in 2010 in the grain division as a commodity merchant for Southwestern Illinois and Eastern Missouri. In 2015, he was promoted to merchandising manager within Cargill’s Corn Milling Division, and then went on to manage risk for wet milling co-products as trading manager. Scott is a graduate of the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, where he earned a degree in technical systems management and ag business. He and his wife Kasey reside in Waconia, Minn., with their four children.
