
Wagner brings experience across multiple industrial sectors including refined sugars, edible oils and ethanol production with Cargill; oil and gas refining and petrochemicals with ExxonMobil; and specialty chemicals with Evonik. He has primarily held roles that specialize in operations, process design, capital projects and business development, and regulatory affairs. Most recently he served as the Executive Director of the Nebraska Ethanol Board, where he advocated for the growth and development of ethanol production in the state, regularly collaborating with the administrations of Nebraska Gov. Jim Pillen and former Nebraska Gov. Pete Ricketts, Nebraska ethanol and agricultural producers, regulators and policymakers, and a variety of industry stakeholders.
Reid received his undergraduate degree in chemical engineering from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. He and his wife, Jamie, are both originally from Gretna, Nebraska and currently reside in the Omaha area.
