Ciara Markoski
PAC Manager
Ciara Markoski is the PAC Manager at Growth Energy, helping support Growth Energy’s political engagement both on and off the Hill. Previously, she was a graduate intern in the Government Affairs office of Delta Air Lines and an intern for both Representative Madeleine Dean (PA-04) and former Senator Bob Casey (D-PA). She has experience in PAC management, government affairs, and political campaigns.
Ciara holds a bachelor’s degree in political science and history from the University of Pittsburgh and holds a master’s degree in professional studies in legislative affairs from the George Washington University’s Graduate School of Political Management. Originally from the Philly suburbs, she now lives in Alexandria, VA with her cat Casper. In her free time, she enjoys camping, reading novels, and rooting for the (2024 season super bowl champions!) Philadelphia Eagles and the Philadelphia Phillies.
