Joe joined Growth Energy in 2018 as its General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. Prior to Growth, Joe worked in the environmental law practices of Wiley Rein LLP and Arnold & Porter LLP. He has significant experience with the Clean Air Act, the Renewable Fuel Standard, and other regulatory programs administered by EPA, USDA, FDA, Department of Energy, U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, and other federal and state agencies relating to biofuels, mobile and stationary source emissions, endangered species, natural resources, agricultural pesticides, and a wide range of industrial and consumer products.
