Prior to Growth Energy, Phillip served in Senior leadership positions for the International Bridge, Tunnel and Turnpike Association (IBTTA) and the American Association of Motor Vehicle Administrators (AAMVA), where he managed varied functions including FP&A, Administration, and Procurement. His extensive background also includes key roles at companies such as Coalfire, Thompson Reuters, General Dynamics, and CACI, with experience spanning cost operations, finance, and accounting.
Phillip holds both the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Management Accountant (CMA) professional designations, and he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Saint Joseph’s University.
