Joe Kakesh joined Growth Energy in 2018 as its General Counsel and Corporate Secretary.  Prior to joining Growth Energy, Joe worked in the environmental law practices of the law firms Wiley Rein LLP and Arnold & Porter LLP.  He has significant experience with the Clean Air Act and other regulatory programs administered by EPA and other federal and state agencies that regulate biofuels and related industries.
